The Breakfast Club

Rise and shine! Nearly every Wednesday morning, we kick off the day with an inspiring guest speaker at The Breakfast Club. From entrepreneurs to pro athletes, these talks cover a wide range of topics and always leave us feeling motivated and inspired. Plus, we provide the breakfast – because great ideas are fueled by great food.

TGIF Gatherings

Every Friday, we come together as one big family to wrap up the week. It’s not your typical meeting – teams take the stage to share success stories and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

The core value musketeer award

Each week, we honor one team member who embodies our core values with the core value musketeer award. It’s a token of appreciation for those who go above and beyond to uphold the Eager ethos.

Workations

Who says work and play don’t mix? Each year, we jet off to exotic locales like Brazil, Mexico, Bali, and Bonaire for three weeks of workation. It’s an opportunity to recharge, bond, and explore new horizons together.
